BPM-Xchange® supports linkage with the SAP Solution Manager product by means of a new adapter. SAP Solution Manager implements the leading SAP methodologies like Accelerated SAP ASAP or Run SAP to implement ITIL compatible IT operation services in your organization. The SAP Solution Manager links your IT landscape which may include SAP satellite systems as well as non-SAP IT systems into a single controlling component.
BPM-Xchange® is software that offers genuine universal business process model (BPM) transformation for carrying out highly sophisticated BPM conversions between a variety of tools and modeling languages. BPM-Xchange® can import all popular BPM formats and standards with a set of predefined adapters and templates. The software is highly flexible configurable and can be adjusted for the needs of your specific BPM-environment.
Using this technology the new adapter for SAP Solution Manager offers various interfaces to interact with the Blueprint Process Repository and the SAP Business Process Repository (BPR) containing the SAP reference models. Additional interfaces offer information such as SAP® HR data with organizational data, transaction definitions, customizing configurations, transaction usage or authorizations.
